Production inspection
Each stage of production is monitored by a mid-term inspection. The first product is inspected at each stage of production. The production of bulk products can only be started after the inspection is completed and confirmed by the quality control manager. The operator of each machine performs ongoing inspections during the production process. Such as measuring the size, observing the appearance and surface characteristics of the product. The inspector will periodically check the product samples made from each machine and sample them at regular intervals.
Product testing
After the last level of the inspector signs and seals all the documents, the company's corresponding products can be released. The goal of our quality control is to achieve zero defects in 100% finished products.
After sales service
1、Provide technical documentation and technical support for valve installation, maintenance, operation, etc.；
2、Provide a list of the main component materials of the equipment；
3、Responsible for equipment installation instructions and equipment commissioning；
4、Provide product warranty (within the scope of equipment warranty, man-made damage is not guaranteed, wearing parts are not guaranteed)；
5、Provide paid service after the expiration date。
